How it works
Using Your FLEXiSKiP
Unpacking and preparing your FLEXiSKiP
To start, locate your FLEXiSKiP within its satchel. We suggest positioning it within a distance of four meters from the kerb. Ensure you inspect the area for potential obstructions such as powerlines, driveways, pathways or parked vehicles. Next, unfold it and place it flat, preparing it for filling.
Setting up your FLEXiSKiP
Unfold your FLEXiSKiP, lift all four sides, and then fold one side outward and down over itself. Now you can walk or roll items into your FLEXiSKiP.
Ready to roll and load
It’s time to get your FLEXiSKiP fully set up. Extend the remaining three sides, and as you do, make sure to push out the bottom corners.
Start filling
It is best to begin with heavy items such as household appliances, timber, furniture, tiles and bricks. Make sure items are placed inside the bag and not overflowing or left outside the bag. The service caters for up to 165kg per dwelling which will accommodate a standard fridge, washing machine, mattress and more.
Final checks
Before you book your FLEXiSKiP Collection, please ensure that the FLEXiSKiP bag: 1. is easily accessible for safe collection by the truck (e.g., not obstructed by trees, cars, powerlines or bins). 2. does not block or obstruct pathways and driveways. 3. does not exceed its weight limit (165kg). 4. is not overfilled. 5. does not contain unacceptable materials.
Book your collection
Once your FLEXiSKiP is full (or prior to the end of the 21-day service timeframe), book its collection. Use the link sent via email, or use your smartphone and scan the QR Code on the sleeve of your FLEXiSKiP bag. Then, sit back and celebrate your clutter-free space while we ensure collection within 10 business days (this will be collected between 1 to 10 business days).

Conditions
While the service will remain free for those who comply with
its conditions, a charge will be applied for non-compliance.
FLEXiSKiPs are durable, but avoid overfilling.
Incorrectly
filled and positioned bags may incur extra charges.
What we don't take
Any type of food and putrescibles (likely to decay, spoil or putrefy).
Items such as paint, oils, solvents, poisons, chemicals and concrete.
Any types of batteries and mobile phones including batteries from vehicles.
Asbestos, insulation, empty chemical containers, fibro sheets and tyres.
Waste from building and demolition sites.
Recycling
These rules ensure that the items are not contaminated and can be recycled.

FLEXiSKiP is a practical and tough disposable skip bag. Perfect for removing household and garden waste. FLEXiSKiP’s are an affordable and convenient solution to a steel skip bin.

Your FLEXiSKiP will be neatly packed into a recyclable satchel with T&C's, instructions and your QR code. All weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday. They will arrive from your local Aramex courier, so if you're unable to sign they will have authority to leave at your door. Deliveries will take 5-7 business days from ordering.

A collection must be booked within 21 days from the date the skip was delivered. After this a fee will apply and the skip will no longer be eligible for collection by the City, residents will need to organise the collection directly with FLEXiSKiP or find an alternative method to dispose of their bulky items at their own expense.

Heavy items are materials and items like soil, bricks, large pieces of furniture, tiles etc. whereas light items refers to your general household and commercial items like boxes, garden clippings, small furniture and appliances.

Our FLEXiSKiP’s are built tough, but we don’t want you filling them so they are bursting at the seams. If the two long straps can touch each other then you’re good to go. However, please also be mindful of the 165 kg limit;

Don’t worry. We’ve partnered up with Amarex for your delivery, so you can track your order throughout the delivery process to ensure you are there. Alternatively, you can just leave a ‘Delivery note’, on the purchase screen in our site, stating to leave at your front door.

Your FLEXiSKiP must be placed within four (4) metres of the street kerb or driveway. Remember to also make sure there are no obstructions like powerlines, trees, driveways, pathways and cars. The FLEXiSKiP must be accessible to be collected by a vehicle from the road. Items left on the kerb outside of the FLEXiSKiP will not be collected. These items may be considered as rubbish illegally dumped on public land and as such, local laws will apply. Our truck requires nine (9) metres of height to safely collect your bin. Once your skip is full, navigate to the "Schedule Pickup" section located under the "Service" tab. From there, choose your order and click on the "Request Pickup" option. Afterward, you can relax and commend yourself for having a tidy home, knowing that an authorised local driver will come by within a planned 5 business days to collect your items.
